Notes

Oklahoma City Council approved two PUD rezonings (about 110 acres north and 184 acres south of I-40, west of Frisco Road) 6-3 on Oct 27 2026 for Beltline Energy's roughly USD 15B data center campus, with conditions on water, power and noise (55 dB); further agreements and permits are required before construction. Beltline also holds zoning on adjacent Yukon land (about 480 acres total). Capacity reported variously (up to 1,000 MW per Investigate Midwest via SignalData; 0.5 GW per Yukon in Nov 2025), so left unpublished. Coordinates: I-40/Frisco Road area (approximate).
